Who leads it

Rafa Coelho has been creating and repositioning brands for over 21 years, with projects developed across 9 countries and multiple industries. Throughout his career, he has worked with global brands and some of the leading creative, digital, and design agencies.

In 2017, he founded BRAVE, an independent brand building boutique where he leads a multidisciplinary team of strategists, creatives, and designers focused on building brands with identity, purpose, and long-term vision.

Rafa is the creator of the True Identity Brands method, developed from hands-on experience with businesses in transformation. The method helps founders and leaders identify the essence of their identity and translate it into clear, coherent brands capable of sustainable growth.
